Shelby is one of the best therapists I have EVER been to. I took a BAD fall, a few years back. Broke bones, fractured 3 vertebrae. When my lower back pain flares up, nothing has helped. I started my treatment with Shelby a few years back and my body is so much better off for it. She listens to exactly what I “think” I need and what my body needs. She communicates throughout the massage, gives off the most relaxing energy and I look forward to getting on her table all the time. She is booked out for weeks because word has gotten out how great she is. On a personal note as well, she has this ability to make you trust her and end up telling her all sorts of emotional baggage on the table. She makes you feel so safe and taken care of that your secrets sort of spill out. 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Whether you need a specific spot worked out, relaxation or any sort of massage, she’s your girl!
